I learned a lot and strengthen the skills which I already had over 3 weeks. I like that Uttam, Jesu and all the team created for us the atmosphere to feel welcomed, safe and valuable. La escuela ofrece una enseñanza completa que combina práctica de asanas, pranayama, meditación, filosofía del yoga y anatomía. Los profesores comparten su conocimiento con mucha dedicación, creando un ambiente cercano y de apoyo para todos los estudiantes. Beautiful place if you're looking to do your 200h yoga teacher course. The staff is amazing, really good food and classes. The yoga teachers are great and have lot of knowledge. Located in a serene space in the nature. Only bad thing was the manager communication as I came here to do a five days retreat, and they told me that they were some Spanish students with translation. Didn't know it wasn't a retreat and I was going to come and join the teachers course, so I left next day. But if I would think on doing the teachers course I would definitely do it here.Posted on Google
Rajesh SelukarI attended the 200-hour TT workshop during Dec 1-Dec 24, 2025. I am 63-year-old and have practiced yoga (mainly asanas) on and off much of my life. As my retirement came closer, I was looking for a class that provided a good basis to start a regular yoga routine. After searching on the internet this class satisfied my requirements in terms of my vacation schedule and being an all-in-one facility (nice town and room-and-board and training in the same location). At the outset I can say that the workshop delivered on the promises they made on their website. The instructors are good, and the class make-up has good balance of theory and practice. The yoga center was on the outskirts of Rishikesh with a good view, away from the town’s busy center. It had all the modern conveniences (good bathrooms, 24-hour hot and cold water, laundry service, and free filtered water) and two large halls for the yoga practice. All the students (except me) were of non-Indian origin. The instructors and the staff at the center are very friendly and aware of needs of such international class. Three sumptuous vegetarian meals are served every day. After several days of Indian meals, some students needed dietary change, and the kitchen staff happily provided special meals for these students. By the end of the workshop this group of people from all over the world who had never met before, became a very close-knit group. We had lively discussions on a variety of topics. All in all, I think this was a wonderful experience.

shayne bFantastic experience After receiving multiple recommendations for this particular program, I chose to participate in their 200 TTC. The level and quality of the instruction was world class. The staff was very professional, and the commitment and compassion with which they taught us helped to create a unity among all of the participants. I have deepened my practice and have added further investigation into mantra and studying the sutras with the teaching and understanding that this course provided. After 50 years of practice, I now feel I have a solid foundation upon which to build. The facility was very modern and comfortable, the food was prepared fresh daily and was most delicious and nutritious. The facility was clean, there was filtered water available at no cost, and there were laundry services. This course was nurturing for both mind and body. The experience was transformative. From inspiring Hatha and Vinyasa teachers to an exceptional mantra teacher, alongside deep insights into yoga philosophy and highly knowledgeable anatomy teaching, this teacher training programme offers incredible value. I loved every minute and would highly recommend Rishikesh Yogis Yogashala. The experience extends far beyond the training itself, with serene trips to the Ganga and a meditation cave, a deeply relaxing sound bath, and an Indian dance class thoughtfully arranged by Utam. So much intention goes into creating this space that it becomes more than a teacher training—it is a place of community, purpose, and genuine passion in all that they do. yagya_srivastavaWonderful experience. Go for it ! A beautiful experience ! Aside of the knowledge which in itself was quite exhaustive, the teachers go out of their way to help. The group dynamic and energy was amazing and the morning-till-evening sessions fulfilling and filled with knowledge passed down by our ancient seers and sages. I found it quite authentic to tradition, shared in free flow by the young teachers adding their own spark to it ! El curso es muy completo porque no solo te enseñan asabas, si no que se enfocan en la filosofía del yoga, mantras y Pranayama, y creo que esto es esencial para tu formación como profesor. El director y uno de los profes es Uttam, que te va a apoyar y ayudar con todo lo que necesites así que puedes estar seguro, y además tendrás al resto de profesores que aparte de ser buenísimos en sus materias, son encantadores. Además hay que añadir que vas a conocer a gente maravillosa y que el ambiente y alrededores son espectaculares, ideal para un retiro que te hará crecer en todos los aspectos. Recomendado 1000x1000! Journey45387632425Transformative journey! 💜🙏🏽🧘🏽♀️ What can I say ... I went with no expectations, and came back renewed. The 200hrs TTC at Rishikesh Yogis Yogshala was a transformational journey in so many levels in my life. Being a yoga teacher myself for over 10 years I found the training absolutely recommendable. If anybody ask me, I would recommend taking this TTC wheather you are a beginner or not. It will definitely change your life, if you are open for that. I personally enjoyed Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama and Mantra chanting classes the most. The two first given by Uttam Ji, director of the school. Don't hesitate, go for it!! dana v100% I completed my 200-hour teacher training at Yogis Yogashala in Rishikesh, and it was truly a life-changing experience. The teachers are deeply knowledgeable, kind, and so devoted to sharing yoga in its truest form. Every class felt meaningful — from asana to philosophy — and I left with not just a certificate, but a deeper understanding of yoga and myself.
