Raj Singh is a dedicated yoga educator with 10 years of experience specializing in yoga anatomy and physiology. Holding a Post Graduate degree in Yoga, Raj bridges the gap between the ancient wisdom of yoga and modern scientific understanding of the human body.
​For the past 10 years, he has been a passionate guide for both aspiring yoga teachers and dedicated students, demystifying complex anatomical concepts. His teaching philosophy is centered on making anatomy accessible, practical, and directly applicable to the mat. Students learn not just the what (the muscles and bones) but the how and why (how they function in asanas, prevent injury, and deepen one’s practice).
